Studio Nova (Mikasa) pretty Christmas 'Gilded Poinsettia' candy and nut dish with silver rim.
It features a very detailed, underside embossed poinsettia with a silver rim. The glass rim narrows then thickens towards the other side, unique and lovely design detail.
This is thick, heavy glass with the fine quality produced by the Studio Nova brand. This is a beautiful piece for the Christmas table, or would look beautiful with small candy canes or sweets around the home.
Can also be used as a trinket dish or soap dish.
Made in Japan, circa 1990's.

The Studio Nova brand is a member of the Mikasa family and was created in 1984. In 2001, Mikasa merged with J.G. Durand Industries (France) and has continued to trade under the famous brand name (Mikasa). Studio Nova was discontinued in 2007.
