Fruits de France scalloped nesting bowls

A stunning 'Fruits de France' scalloped nesting bowl set, includes three sizes.

A set of Arcopal nesting bowls for many uses, mixing bowls or serving bowls. Distinctly Arcopal with it's beautiful design, scalloped edges and white opal glass. In excellent vintage condition, there is one small blemish on the smallest bowl interior, this appears to be a manufacturing fault.

Arcopal glass dishware is fully tempered glass that is break and chip-resistant and comparable to Pyrex. At the time, Arcopal claimed this line of dishware had 5 times the strength of porcelain china.
Arcopal became know for their distinctive milky white opaque look dishware, otherwise known as opal glass.
