Royal Doulton 1930's rare leather look beer tankard

Unique and rare collectible Royal Doulton ceramic beer mug or tankard. Circa 1930's.

This oversized mug has a faux leather look with it's stitched design, however it is a ceramic mug. Black glaze which extends down to only the top part of the inner mug (pictured) with the rest of the interior an unglazed ceramic finish. I could not find this example documented, however it is the same design style as the Bateman Golfer mug from the early part of the 20th century. 

A rare collectible mug and great gift for the man cave or home bar.
