An antique political art postcard from 1906. This is advertising the Free Trade political issue for the Conservative Party in England.
Unique card as it is not a mailing postcard but a political advertising card with printed message on the back -

'Mr Nicholson is determined to alter this dreadful state of things! Give him your vote'

It was used to advertise an issue in the general election of 1906 and the picture is of an oil painting by Thomas Benjamin Kennington, published by the National Union of Conservative & Constitutional Associations, Westminster, London. Printed by David Allen & Sons, Fleet St and also printed as posters at the time, now part of the Victoria & Albert Museum Collection in England.

A fantastic collectible card, very rare and unique. One mark on back which looks to be from a postcard album page and corners a little worn but overall in wonderful condition.
